As for a second tip, I don't have one as I have never run myself. LOL But I do know that my X was a runner and what he ate and how much fluid he drank was of upmost importance to him. He said it made a great difference. Stretching, yoga, pilates are all a great help. The exercise ball. Also learn the the proper running techniques. If you don't you may get hurt and then you lost all your hard work. I would advice you google it and see what you can find. Another person to ask is Joseph. You may have him on your FB I'm not sure. If you don't I'll ask him for you. He is an AVID runner. I think he runs like 8 miles a day or something insane. Actually maybe I'm the one that's insane and I am way off.
